Do I have to use QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online is what I'm certified in and work with best. If you're on a different platform, I can help you migrate. For brand-new businesses, I'll get you set up from scratch.
I'm behind on my books. Can you help?
Absolutely — catch-up bookkeeping is one of the most common things I help with. There's no judgment here. We'll figure out where things stand, make a plan, and get you current.
Do you work with clients outside of Reno?
Yes! I work remotely with clients nationwide through QuickBooks Online, secure file sharing, and video or phone calls. You never have to be in the same city as your bookkeeper.
Do you do taxes?
I don't prepare or file taxes — that's a CPA's role. What I do is keep your books so clean and organized that your tax prep is fast, easy, and accurate. I'll coordinate with your tax professional.
Are my financial records kept secure?
Yes, completely. All client data is treated with strict confidentiality. I use QuickBooks Online's bank-level security and am happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
